Runs as an add-on inside PowerPoint and Google Slides, so the deck is built in .pptx from the first slide. A free Basic plan lets you test the file route before you pay.
Price (vendor page, 2026-10-17): Basic $0 per year allowance; paid price on vendor page is internally inconsistent, not used
A PowerPoint and Google Slides add-on with a 7-day trial on every paid plan. The vendor says it writes native PPTX files; we have not re-tested that claim.
Price (vendor page, 2026-10-17): Basic $10 per user per month billed annually ($15 monthly); 7-day trial
Drafts and edits the open .pptx directly, so there is no export step. The catch: it needs a Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Pro entitlement and an internet connection.
Price (vendor page, 2026-10-17): Licence-based; price not verified in this run
Exports an editable PPT on paid plans, and its help center calls that file fully editable. The free first deck cannot be exported, so you pay before you can test the file.
Price (vendor page, 2026-10-17): Pro $9.99 per month billed annually ($119.88 per year)
Its editable PowerPoint export is limited to Pro, Team and Enterprise. Animations and transitions are lost, and a separate PowerPoint option exports static images, so pick the editable one.
Price (vendor page, 2026-10-17): Pro $14.50 per month billed annually ($45 monthly); Team $40 per user per month billed annually
Share menu downloads a .pptx, added February 2026. Prezi documents that the presentation path becomes a sequence of ordinary slides, so the non-linear layout does not survive as such.
Price (vendor page, 2026-10-17): Not verified in this run
Exports editable tables and embeds theme fonts into the .pptx on free and paid plans, though free exports carry a badge. Its help page lists six PowerPoint limits, including a missing slide master.
Price (vendor page, 2026-10-17): Not verified: the pricing page returned HTTP 403 on the retrieval date
Downloads a .pptx for presentation designs only. Its help center says animations and embedded videos do not carry into PowerPoint and that fonts must be installed on the viewing machine.
Price (vendor page, 2026-10-17): Not verified: the pricing page could not be retrieved
Any presentation can be exported to .pptx on paid plans without Pitch branding, and speaker notes travel with it. Uploaded videos, recordings and animations are dropped or turned into thumbnails.
Price (vendor page, 2026-10-17): Plus EUR 10 per month billed yearly; Team EUR 15; Business EUR 20; Free EUR 0
Gemini drafts slides inside Google Slides, and the file reaches PowerPoint through the standard download step. We did not find an official limits page for that step, so the score reflects the gap.
Price (vendor page, 2026-10-17): Depends on a paid Google plan that includes Gemini; not verified in this run
