Ask about the method
Questions about the scoring rules are answered on the method page first. Requests to change a score need a vendor source, not a marketing statement.
Vendors
Vendors may ask us to re-test a tool after a product change. We re-test on our own schedule and publish the result in the next quarterly edition. A vendor cannot pay to change a score.
